For the final project, I will be part of the WDTCFWDTG group, looking at how Carleton student and alumni locations of residence have changed over time. I’m interested in this project because I’ve enjoyed using mapping software this term, and I would imagine that if we get enough data, we will be able to see some really interesting trends of where Carleton students are coming from and living. I hope that our project will allow us to see a broadening in scope of the Carleton student body, and it will also be cool to see what areas of the country and/or the world are still not very common locations for Carleton students.
